In the minds of many legal scholars paul lawerence Adderley is and was never a great legal person in this country.. no wonder he screwed up in this case at the first attempt, seems to me he is just wasting the court's time... I am of the firm view that clear Hepburn will make him look even more silly as the case proceeds.

I cannot held but notice how they (the PLP) always want to play their case in the media... well good luck to them.. the public has already decided.

what the public has decided is irrelevant. It's the job the court now, sir.

And what, pray tell is The Court supposed to decide? Sir Burton is the same judge who agreed with that Abaco Boy that our election could not go forward because the ballots were not secret, and nearly sent this country into a crisis, averted, thankfully, by the Court of Appeal. Sir Burton is a nutter. This case is clear cut; the opposition is entitled to four automatically, and the government to 9. The remaining three is supposed to reflect the balance since those three only require consultation. The PLP is entitles to one of the three, when we round up, or down, or whatever, which is what they got in Halkitis.

No Sir...what the people have decided is NOT IRRELEVENT! YOU OUTTA YA DAMN MIND AY?

THE CASE IS OFFICIAL OPPOSITION vs THE PEOPLE OF THE COMMONWEALTH OF THE BAHAMAS(NOT THE FNM)...THE PEOPLES' CHOICE FOR GOVERNMENT AFTER ELECTION MAY 2ND 2007 JUST HAPPENS TO BE THE FNM PARTY...SUPPORTED AND PROTECTED BY OUR CONSTITUTION! AND THE FINAL COURT OF THAT GREAT DOCUMENT IS THE PRIVARY COUNCIL! SO I EEN KNOW WHERE YOU COMIN FROM WITH THAT STATEMENT!

NAH YOU CAN SAY THAT WHAT THE PLP AS A POLITICAL PARTY THINKS IS IRRELEVENT...COS THE CONSTITUTION IS SUPEREME...AND IT DID NOT ALLOWS THEM TO PUT FORTH A CASE THAT QUESTIONS ITSELF AS A PARTY...BUT AS OFFICIAL OPPOSITION!

IN FACT THE CONSTITUTION EEN RECOGNIZE NO POLITICAL PARTY...IT ONLY SEE HM OPPOSITION AND PEOPLE'S CHOICE FOR GOVERNMENT...AS PARTS OF THE PEOPLE...CONSTITUTIONALLY ENDOSED AND PROTECTED!!

IN OTHER WORDS, IN THIS CASE THE "YELLOW" HALF OF THE PEOPLE MAD WID THE "RED" HALF AND THE LOSER HALF GER GET THEY CHANCE TO "ROW" IN COURT...NO MATTER HOW FOOLISH THEIR CASE...ESPECIALLY IN A CONSTITUTIONAL QUESTION CASE...WHICH TYPE EEN NO JUDGE WHO WAN KEEP HE/HER GOOD NAME GER DENY...COS OF THE NATURE OF CONSTITUTIONAL QUESTIONS! BEING GRANTED AN AUDIANCE EEN MEAN YA GAT A GOOD CASE...THIS IS A CONSTITUTIONAL QUESTION MA BOUY!

OUR SUPREME COURT HAD NO TOHER CHOISE BUT TO GRANT THEM THEIR CONTITUTIONAL RIGHT AS CITIZENS/OFFICIAL OPPOSITION OF THIS GREAT STATE TO PARTISION THE COURT. NO MORE NO LESS...ANYTHING TING BEYOND THAT AND ALL YALL TALKIN SHED!:gi:

Like I said, all the effin em's are back and in full swing, or should we say "spin".

Early election notices were handed out at the last kool-aid party. They have their duties. Just that this time, the people can see too clearly as more people feel the pain.

I will say no more. Waits to see the FNM try to destroy more of our country, under this guise of "good governance"....

Does the Constitution say that the Senate should reflex the balance in the House or does it say the final 3 seats should reflex the balance in the house?

We must be straight on which it is..

Here is how it plays out. The effin em's come back, and this brings out the PLPs in response. Mind you, PLPs have allways lurked on this site and in fact, many post and you don't even know. The effin em's cant seem to be able to talk about the issues in any form of decency; or sense for that matter.

Re-read topics from the likes of ching, licks2 "absolute donkey", watsayu and the rest of them. Ting-um has toned. Lurker has "caught" himself, and he probably realizes he made a gross error in backing these half-wits. Taffy is in a dream world, and you should not take her love for HI for anything other than groupie love; even though ALL OF THEM, ran from this country, except for Lurker, at the height of "their people's" reign. Don't wanna come back either.

I just call it how it is.

Yes, I would hate to see him starve out there in London, especially with winter coming.

Lets hope he gets those jobs so he can keep his flat, kettle, warm coat, biscuits and a few groceries.
