The dudes website says that they want 45 million and the property is in little abaco and is being sold by the decendents of a Russell.


As much as I might not like that person selling what is his/hers (damn I want a whole island..and this guy givin' it away!) I can't blame that person.

I mean even if that person had plans, where is a Bahamian going to get the funding? Unless you want to buy a car or house you can get a loan from most banks and I'm not even considering government...apparently I need to renounce my Bahamian citizenship in order to be looked at seriously with out a shrieking laugh as a response.....and this is with a waterproof business plan. With no where else to turn we must sell the birthright in order to have capital. It's sad because alot of Bahamians have a head start in terms of being connected to land through generation or direct ownership and inheritance, the just need to trust of other Bahamians (or whoever gives a ****), and thier investment funds.
