The dudes website says that they want 45 million and the property is in little abaco and is being sold by the decendents of a Russell.

Go to his web site and he is saying it is in Hope Town(deliberately misleading because of property values in Hope Town/Elbow Cay).Angel Fish point is in North Abaco and Hope Town is in South Abaco.
