They have been mixing recycled tires and "rubber" into traditional road material for some time.

That could mix could work in our hot weather and the roads would not pothole as fast.

I also mentioned this a few months back on BI! LOL

We a bit lazy......we doon wan do it, and we does get mad when uddah people wan do it.
