so ur sayin if a prisnor has money he gets to live in reasonable conditions/ he gets a proper toilet, he gets to air his greviances and have prison officials handle thos greviances properly. he isnt assulated and robbed? if thats so that makes this situation even worse than i thought

When i was in Central that time many moons ago, there were 2 jamaican guys who were there on Drug charges, they had been there over 2 weeks .. in jail, not prison! Anyway, they had their gals bringing them all kind of food all the time, im glad cause those 3 cold cheeseburgers and cup of tea a day wouldn't have cut it!
