This comes after months of stalled production as Albany executives awaited subdivision approval from the Ministry of Works.

In a document released to The Nassau Guardian yesterday from the Department of Physical Planning, it was revealed that approval in principle for the first phase was issued on September 26, and the approval for the proposed marina was sanctioned just days before on September 4....

This should be interesting considering the legal issues surrounding acquiring the property to complete the road. I know one thing, Hubert Ingraham ain one to let no foreign Investor hold him hostage or give him an ultimatium.

From what I was told, Albany and South Ocean group own the property for the new road and will build it, complete. When finished, they wish to open it and close the existing road.
