Yeh, and do you know what was strange? I drove past there not long before the shooting, and as I was driving past I had this eerie feeling and said to my husband, "someone is going to get killed tonight."

Yeah that was the Kid at Marathon area right? Probably be on the news websites later tonight.

According to Chief Superintendent Hulan Hanna, Oliver was found lying face down with gunshot wounds to the stomach and back area on Sunday night in the lower level of the Town Centre Mall parking lot on Blue Hill Road.

"Minutes before this person was shot, it was observed that four males were seen in this immediate area," Chief Superintendent Hanna said.

"Gunshots rang out and three of the males walked away. The fourth person started to walk, but collapsed to the ground. The three persons reportedly continued walking towards the Yellow Elder Gardens community, and at that point, they disappeared."

Oliver’s death came hours after he reportedly attended a school church service at Golden Gates Assembly to give thanks to God and to ask his blessings during the school year.

"He was one of the students who went up for prayers and that was probably why he was found in his uniform, and so when we heard it, we were really distraught," Mrs. Beneby said.

Town Center Mall, and you know what, they dont have any CCTV there, at least nothing useful. When I quoted it a couple years ago they didnt seem like they were interested in spending anything on CCTV. Would it have stopped it? No, well could have if the security saw them walking through there and had made them leave (could have then taken place elsewhere, or not at all), but basically if CCTV had been installed and was done properly (big $$) they would more than likely have had the criminals in jail by now. People need to stop being cheap and do the right thing. And Marathon Mall cant talk either, though at least they have "something".

This is so sad man. It seems like everyday somebodys dieing a senseless death.

we humans are strange a few new yrs back. i celebrated with some family while in the room celebating i thought to myself some one in this room is going to die this year.

keep in mind no one was sick cancer etc.

lo and be hold someone who was in that room died two months later.
