I'll have to disagree with you on this one. On numerous occassions I was unable to access my hotmail account for hours at a time.

Sure, once every few years perhaps, nothing in comparison to the free hosts which are slowly drowning in millions of users, most of which are spammers and hackers (typically yahoo and hotmail).

You get what you pay for. ;)
