There are more residential units at Ginn Sur Mer in West End, GBI than hotel rooms, yet they still get hotel tax concessions. What do you guys think of this?


The number of residential units at Ginn Sur Mer in West End, Grand Bahama, will outnumber the conventional hotel room units by nearly four to one, under the terms of the amended heads of agreement, but the company still gets the hotel concessions.
