Attorneys for Pinewood MP Byran Woodside appealed to Senior Justice Anita Allen and Justice Jon Isaacs on Monday to strike out the petition filed by Senator Allyson Maynard Gibson, who is seeking to have the results of the Pinewood race on May 2 overturned.
