When I saw the article I thought the Rev was annoucing some provisions made by his organisation to supplement the government's social security system that would help families in need who have lost their income, considering the church collects so much money from this community. Even if the church has outreach programs already in place surely the Rev recognizes that provisions at this particular time needs to be stepped up and a pledge say of a million dollars in subsidies should be sufficient for temporary relief for these poor people he's speaking of.

Interesting there were no announced strategies by this organization to confront the mentioned social concerns.
