A man was killed in Fox Hill last night in what appears to have been a robbery attempt. The gunmen forced him into his home and then shot him in the back as he tried to escape. They then tried to get money from his family, but fled on foot when they coudn't find money. This was just on ZNS news!

Some one tell them he had money.....dey dont just target anyone and hope that they have money..not in a home invasion.

Last night a shootout between police and armed robbers ended up with both perpetrators being fatally shot.

Eyewitnesses state that just as the robbers began their criminal activities against a terrified citizen, a passing squad car pulled up onto the scene. The perpetrators fired at the patrol car, but were no match for the superior firepower and skilled marksmanship of the officers.

"I feel much safer now, knowing that the police are out there doing their job," a neighbor stated. "It's about time these worthless hooligans got what was coming to them. Crime doesn't pay!"

Earlier this week there were three other failed robbery attempts, all ending in fatalities for the criminals. It appears that the Bahamian police force finally is using extreme prejudice in taking out these armed menaces to Bahamian society...
