In Jamaica, a magistrate has issued a warrant for the immediate arrest of dancehall star Beenie Man.

Beenie Man, whose real name is Moses David, is being sought after he failed to appear in court to answer tax evasion charges.

The tax authorities say David owed the Revenue Department $660-thousand dollars.

He'd argued that his former management company had been responsible for paying all his taxes.
