that's why I say it's best to drink water only!!!

Many of the prepared juices Bahamian people drink are 90% sugar and only 10% real juice.

I challenge you to go to your cupboard and read the label of the juice you give your kids.

Often the Grape or Cranberry juice is mostly apple juice with a dash of grape and all sugar.

For a while now, I been reading the labels of almost everything I buy including the fruit drinks, you are right (and Yolando Powar) filled with sugars even the so called "health drinks" have some additive they warn us against, that's why I drink water most of the day but on Sundays I treat myself to a drink with Sunday meals :) .

Peppers are also good for you.

Red peppers contain capsaicin a phytochemical.
There is lots of research out there on the positive benefits of capsaicin

If you have sinus problems, hot peppers can help clear that up.

(if you have intestinal trouble you should NOT consume too much pepper)

MODERATION!

I'm a curry lover as well.

Curry mutton, white rice and couple big slices o' macaroni. Ah boy, I know what I'm cooking this evening!

Curry lamb (or Lamb Masala) is sweet too...

I frequent this india restaurant all the time and them people sure know how to put they foot in anything curry! i thought anything masala was tomatoe based? ...I going there for buffet today!(even if it will tear my stomach right up!)

curry chicken cut up leg quarters, parboiled white rice(with 1 chicken bouillion cube), sweet cole slaw and fry plaintain is the way to go! in your curry put a quarter cup of tomatoe sauce for a rich full bodied flavor and pretty army green color.

Ah the list or manmade crap we shouldn't eat is long, but healthy eating is simple if you just eat what grows on the earth. Fruits, veggies, nuts and meat. low on the dairy. Simple as that. If you look at the ingredient list, and you can't say what plant or animal it came from....don't eat it!!
