My, my, after reading this article, I wondered why corporations are treating women like that -- it eeen fair!

Makes me think if I were a woman, I'd marry a rich guy, have a couple kids and relax at home!!!

What yall think?

That writer is blowing smoke.

Three of my bosses in the US were female. ('94 - '99)

All of them were quite feminine in their jobs and they were damn good at what they did - One right up to the time she got pregnant.

Contrary to how some women believe they should be or act when they get into a position of power, my bosses were not overly manly, bossy or demanding. They were simply efficient and knew how to get things done.

I guess I was lucky, because nowadays I see some women in power and they seem to not be able to get things done without being a b1tch or leaving you wondering if she actually is packing something more in the crotch.

The feminist movement doesn't do justice to women in terms of the workplace. It excuses those who simply do not have what it takes and then tries to blame it on gender biases and also tells others that they have to "be" one of the boys to get the power of one of the boys. I've seen the other side and call bullsh1t on that article. A woman can be a woman and get to the top of her game...and she gets more respect in doing so.

Too strong?? I didn't think there was such a thing! You might have to explain this one for me! Plus women (and I'm speaking in general terms now ya'all not just black...) and men need to both be strong to form a partnership to face the world..why someone got to "take charge"?

I agree..the feminist movement is taking things to far lately...the don't want men to be men, but they want women to be! How about accepting differences in strengths between men and women without trying to say who is better/stronger/blagh blagh blagh?!

And it's not when a man is wearing tight pants?
