I am reminded of the story of the guy that heard the clocks would be turned back at 2:00 on Saturday. So he waited up. Unfortunately, he fell asleep before two.

When he told his equally dim witted friend about this, the friend asked, "What are you going to do?" The guy replied, "Well, I guess I will have to wait until next year to set my watch back." :)
