The poverty level increased, not matter how much they fudge the stats, people get kidnapped for ransom daily. And, oil revenue's are modest at best...and...that oil revenue still is not penetrating the economy. It seems as if we have the major player in the Caribbean..and it is Trini..regardless of how their dollar sucks compared to ours. They are chosen, and we have to bear with it.
