The oppinion of many is that they are being bribed by a certain large wholsaler who seems to get any permit they want while others have to fight tooth and nail to get any. The general perception is that the ministry and the civil servants are crooked and receiving bribes. Who would of thought somthing like that could happen in the Bahamas?
