Not sure how many of you grew up on or off of East Street. But all my life I was scared of only a few things. 1) the Syndicate 2) the Rebellions and 3) one buey name Mooshae (spelt this way for pronunciation purposes).
I grew up with Mooshae, not as a friend or anything like that, but I knew to avoid him. This was my general rule regarding Mooshae, If I saw Mooshae before he was able to see me, I would walk on the other side of the road. Why? because Mooshae is a killa...All a East Street knows his name. All of East Street knows his reputation. He walks up and down terrorizing everyone and everything. At a young age Mooshae was arrested for murder. At one point and time he was on the Bahamas most wanted list. Another time he escaped out of police custody... But for some reason Mooshae doesn't stay in jail long. Six month ago he was arrested for murder again, and his name has been called called in a number of other murder trails. Yet today he is out....no one knows why, but we all know to avoid this psycho.
The last time he was out he had a block party up to 4am with loud speakers. Of course the police was called, and suprisingly they came. The music was ordered off, however, Mooshae threaten the DJ asking him as to whom he is more afraid of, him or the police. Needless to say, Mooshae music played on. The next day Mooshae rented a car with speakers heralding his return to the area. Warning people not to call the police or else. 2 months later he was arrested in connection to another murder...However no more than six months later, there is Mooshae out on bail, walking East Street again.

he's been out for a while. But maybe the reason he's never been convicted is because the evidence against him usually is eyewitness testimony. We have no witness protecton program here, so why would anyone risk his/her life to testify?

He's alive and keeps getting out because people keep creating this Goliath image of him. When I first heard of this guy the only thought I had was why isn't he dead yet?
If these lucky punks think the whole country full of yellow bellies they better think twice. He just ain't mess with the right person yet or the price on his head ain't high enough.

The price on his head is high...
just that he is a hired killa...usually the jobs comes to him first then he delegates. People in the area now believes his family deals with witch craft and even that his family is involved in the lodge.

Here are a few Goliath Theories that i've heard about this guy.
1. He's said to be responsible for over 60 murders (including disappearances).
2. He can't Die (LOL) because he's protected by Obeah.
3. He "does" Obeah.
4. He has police officers working for him (this could be true).
