We do have one of the highest infection rates for aids in the world. In fact, we are only behind Haiti in the Caribbean. Worldwide, we eclipse Asia, Europe, and North and South America. Sub Saharan Africa is the only place you'll find a higher infection rate.

Cheaper to buy a boat, live on it and anchor off-shore or rent a slip. Thats what I would do if I didn't already live on the beach in Lyford.
