...from a woman who knows:
drink some tomatoe juice or if you remember what you drank drink a lil bit of it again to spring you up---my goddy says it works.lol or try having some chicken soup or broth or coffee...or tea and bread...and a tylenol or aspirin.


for future reference:
drink only top shelf spirits
never mix white and dark
and eat after you drink(it makes you go to the bathroom but you dnt wake up with a hangover the next day)

which works a treat or slip into a pharmacy and try get some kaolin and morphine (a mix to prevent diarrhoea) which does a wonderful job on hangovers!

I had to go to work one day (at 3) and we come from my mommy friend party the night before and I was lay out all day I couldnt even move to get something to eat...or even hold or kiss my nephew who crawl over to the bed and stand up on the edge looking at me like what wrong with you (he's so handsome and such a precious baby)....my head was spinning so bad...and my cell phone kept ringing I was sick! ...she was one of the calls and she told me what to do! lol


corn beef and grits. oatmeal or cream of wheat facts, that should do it!(hearty and wholesome and hot)

I dont ever want to have that feeling again...that's why I stick to wine to this day...I remember back in college they had an all you can drink and the next day I couldnt evne move...I slept till five! and all I could hear was singing in my head...those were the days!

The next time you are partying after every two drinks have a glass of water. This helps...trust me!

Also change your drink to Grey Goose..you won't have a hangover!

I remember one day the anesthesiologist in my OR had a headache. I sent him in my purse on the shelf to fetch some pain killers and he pulled out my bottle of 222.

They asked me where I got it. I told them that was common pain medicine home and you could find it anywhere. They asked me if everyone was addicted to codeine in the Bahamas. I told them no, we had sense and left pills to the stupid tourist!

Lots of water and some gatorade with some asprin. Alcohol dehydrates and you need to put fluids back in your body.

You een been in chippingham aye???? this whole road head hurtin...lololol.....best cure ........get drunk again........no man get aspirin and coke soda...eat some crack conch....or better still get some stew fish or boil fish....that should cure you.....and remember next time the best cure for a hangover is not to get drunk....hope you feel better soon....lololol
