Ok, I am not familiar enough with the Rory Bpride scuffle enough to have an opinion but I do have to say that there are some reaaaallllllyyyyy funny posts sometimes on here. A couple times I almost choked on my coffee if i was sippin while reading. And they happen when you don't even expect it. That's the best. I wish i had bookmarked them so i could share the ones I'm talking about.
And not to toot my own horn but I cracked myself up(I'm easily amused) in an earlier thread about the Bahamas Big Game preserve the developers are trying to sneak through in Abaco..Rory was sharing that he is not at all for hunting...ever..and he seemed to be particularly fond of the avian species.
I have no problem with that at all ...but I couldn't resist poking him about it and asking if he thought the chickens cows and pigs that were used to make the fast food he was talking about eating in another thread stayed in 5 star resorts and soaked in hot tubs before getting an electric rod stuck up their butt when they were processed...I know, I know, it wasn't nice of me but Rory was a real good sport about it and stuck to his guns. It still cracks me up though..I think the most important thing is to be a good sport.

When one starts to call the other ill names, I think one of the parties should just STOP, cease and desist in the discussion..

If not, next thing ya know a whole heated exchange would follow with each cussing the other out harshly, calling each other stupid, etc, when in fact neither one is stupid!

Sometimes I notice a few here who dont seem to know much about the Bible, but just love to discuss religion, and if I hit them with a couple Bible "facts" they would angrily say, "That's your opinion" -- then I would simply discontinue, 'cause I know it would end up in one long heated useless talk!
