This thread is about light manufacturing in the Bahamas initiated by a person who wants to start his own business. I am not a political fan, so I will not have comments on those politics.
Bahamas is an island country, I am wondering if you guys can take advantage of the Ocean you face every day. I used to work for trading compay, that company was desperate for Crab shells, you guys know which island is abundant in those crabs.
Perhaps it is hard to get raw materials to manufacture in the Bahamas, has it ever occurred to you to be partner with people outside the island to do some kind of retailing?
