androsann 01-04-08, - 08:30 PM 101 ways to improve the Bahamian Educational System and raise the national average from a D, with real solutions and not just laying the blame on parents, teachers, the MOE or whoever is the favourite at the time.
With all of the brains we have here we must be able to come up with some positive actions that could be taken.

I'm sure there will be a little bit of drama.
I use lard, you call it shortening or Crisco, etc! U know how we go!

4 pounds sweet potatoes, pared and sliced
1/2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1 cup, caramelized onions
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
2 cloves, crushed garlic
1 teaspoon bourbon vanilla
1 cup butter or margarine, melted
Place the potatoes in a pot and add enough salted water to cover. Cook until tender. Drain. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Mash and whip the potatoes. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into a greased casserole dish. Bake for 45 minutes, and continue cooking until brown.
