They saw idiots about to send the country to the toilet bowl and decided not to let them flush!! FACTS ONLY 01-09-08, - 08:28 AM .......TEARS WORK!!........... Ting-um 01-09-08, - 08:36 AM .......TEARS WORK!!........... John McCain did it and won new Hampshire in 2000. George Bush did it and won the nation. Bill Clinton did it. ...and everybody knew it was fake, but people are dumb enough to vote for Barack Obama, so they're just as dumb to fall for fake tears. Surprise. Yeah, they finally woke up in New Hampshire my5cents 01-09-08, - 11:31 AM You felt sorry for a long time politico in the middle of a campaign? You dont follow politics much do you? :p I avoid american politics, it was just all over the news. 12play 01-09-08, - 03:13 PM Yeah, they finally woke up in New Hampshire Well, maybe not. Seems like Obama is another victim of the "Bradley" effect, defined as folk saying that they would support a Black Candidate to be politically correct, but never intending to vote that way; basically, they lie. The newspapers are now saying that the only reason why we did not see the "Bradley" effect in Iowa is because of the added peer pressure of your neighbours knowing who you vote for, due to the peculiarity of the Caucus system practiced in Iowa. The Bradley phenomenon was named for a very famous Black Mayor of Los Angeles, who ran for California Governor in 1982 against a white male Republican. Polls said that Bradley would win, but he get swing by the voters. Other notable victims of the Bradley phenomenon include Douglas Wilder (former Virginia Governor), and one Mr. Gnatt, who ran against Jesse Helms in North Carolina, for the US Senate seat. The cries of a new day were premature it now appears. Tafadhali 01-09-08, - 10:40 PM Taf: Here's the deal. If we're going to speak, let's do so honestly. I speak my mind, no pretense and no punches pulled. We've had discussions numerous times so you know me better than to suggest I'm for or against any one because of race. And to suggest so only encourages a venomous response. Additionally, I also do not need or appreciate a mother figure who isn't my mother. Attempting to check me as if I'm not an adult fully aware of consequences of his comments and actions, again, only encourages a venomous response. such strong language Tafadhali 01-09-08, - 10:41 PM Yeah, they finally woke up in New Hampshire what you mean?
