Personally I think it is time for Arthurs to give up the reigns... If for no other reason I admire this about the American system of governance.. AFTER TWO TERMS GOOD OR NOT U ARE OUT OF THERE!!

If you check recent history you will discover that (I'm going by limited memory so I could be off but just a bit) changes HAD TO MADE in the US constitution for that particular reason.

There is something about POWER that makes men/women not want to give it up.
