My parents bought a 99 year lease on a lot in Queens Cove in the 1960s. I heard that Arthur Pindling (sp?) decreed that property must be improved, or something within a certain period of time, or it reverts back to the government....something like that.
Is there any validity to that?
I live in Tallahassee, Florida, and tried to secure information through a couple of real estate agencies a few years ago, but they never responded.
If I'm permitted...I can be reached at the Florida Senate in Tallahassee, Florida at 850-487-5055.
I appreciate anyone who knows anything about the issue, and who could help with the disposition of the property.
