If ZNS never listens to anyone then of course they will be completely out of touch. Nobody who runs anything in the service industry says "Here! you take this and you WILL like it, for you have no choice!" you will have no one to serve. I remember when Freeport had its own station before we went completely to Nassau programing. We had our own local stuff, commercials and all. DIstant memory brings to mind a show with local actors from the players guild. It was great. Even the foreign movies were better, i beleive they were no more than 5 years old and were worth missing anything on ABC. Geez the news here is better. Some of the anchors save a few seem to uptight and fake. And it makes no sence putting freeport news in national when you have seen it already. If its NATIONAL NEWS then you might as well not have a dedicated segment for it! Anyways..if the actually had ratings then the would know what to watch. They need to make ZNS so good that changing to satilite wont be worth the loss of Bahamian TV.

And now they are ripping The Word Network signals right off and putting it on ZNS! I Just looked at The Word and the same thing was on with a second or two delay in front of zns! And you thought I was crazy when I said ZNS might as well be another TBN! If they know this channel is already on our cable line up why put it on. If they are just taking up time before the news then save the money and put it somewhere else...that is if they are even paying for this..... :dgi: :voodoo:

I would love to support ZNS, it is our local Bahamian station. I like the idea of ZNS focusing on quality local programming, instead of out of date network re-runs. It is a fact that most Bahamians have Cable television and have become used to a higher standard of programming. I dont expect ZNS to be like Cable, in fact I dont think that should be their goal, but like I said before to focus on quality loacal programming, and providing a platform for young talented Bahamians, and c'mon people stop playa hating ZNS, because before there was cable television, ZNS was what many of us had to contend with. I can remeber a time when you could count the number of those big satellite dishes that took up half a person's yard on one hand. Lets try to make ZNS a better station, instead of downing it every second we get, its ours, lets make it better people!

ZNS is a waste of time the way it currently do business! It is that relic of our past that serves no other purpose but to get into the way of needed progress and development! :taped:

I have not watched that station, except for news and Darrell Miller, for fifteen or more years! And lately, those two shows have become so biased, even watching them have become useless exercises for me! :rip:

I know that we had to "SUFFER" under ZNS poor excuse for good programing before Cable Bahamas! But, thats what progress is all about! We don't have to suffer under mediocre communication services any more! You let that bunch stay on the hill and play their stupid political games! But don't tell us to support their lousy services!

LONG LIVE BETTER COMMUNICATION SERVICES IN THE BAHAMAS!

I say sell that national embaresment and waste of public monies and put us out of ZNS's misery once and for all! :fly: There are Bahamian or foreign investors (I don't care which) that can do a better job than that "pruke" that has been rolling down on us from on that hill of desolation! :dunce:

That een "playa hatin"...thas hatin a bad "playa"!
