According to the Guardian, O'Brien Thomas Knowles of Golden Gates No2, posted Rudy's $10,000 bail on December 20th 07.

Rudy was given bail on the condition that he stay at a Halfway House pending trial and was prohibited from leaving California, AND WAS ORDERED TO TURN IN HIS PASSPORT!!:shaky: Passports are for amatuers!!

Court records reveal that Rudy escaped on December 23rd. He was at the facility at 5.30am but had VANISHED by 8.30 am. :escape: Officials checked the local hospitals, police department and the MORGUES!!...........NO RUDY!!

Rudy was reportedly spotted in Nassau during the Christmas holidays. :friday:

You have no idea how easy it is to go out of the USA through say, Jupiter Florida (inlet) on a boat and get to West End or Pt. Lucaya and just walk off the boat before Immigration arrives. Then private plane to Nassau.

Not saying I have done such a thing, I just worked at Pt. Lucaya and saw how easy it was.
