In an earlier post I tried dead hard but could not remember all the questions. There were one or two in particular that should have passed HAND DOWN!! There were ABSOLUTELY no controversy with them at all!! Just plain cutting off our noses to save our faces.

In 2002 I voted YES YES YES YES YES on the referendum issues and NO to the FNM!!

Can anyone recall what the 5 issues were? HELP please.

Thanks man. I knew there was something in there about the boundaries commision. Thats the main one I was thinking about. I wonder if that had was passed would the electoral process being much smoother.

The second one!! It still boggles my mind why Bahamian WOMEN VOTED NO TO THIS!! How?? WHY??

See how politics effs up the minds of our people. How the hell can someone else tell you THAT YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND something when you do but you buy that anyway? FREAKY!!

Another issue was extending the retirement age for judges beyond 70. That was also VOTED NO!! WHY?? What the hell is wrong with our people? JEZZUZZ!!

Now wonder Ingraham said he was ASHAMED. I was too!!

This is the one that showed me how ignorance can cause people to put politics above self.

Perry Christie and the P.L.P ought to be ashamed of themselves, they told the people to vote no, then Shane Gibson TURN AROUND AND WAS ROUNDING THEM UP LIKE CATTLE.

The idiots went right along and voted NO, now they all over the place crying about the how U.S Immigration treats them with those travel document and won't give them visa's.

My brother's children with a foreign woman straight, but my sisters children with a foreign man have to apply for citizenships.

Like the song say, THAT AIN RIGHT LAWD, THAT AIN RIGHT!
Bahamian women want their rights too.

Check the passports of the people who told you to vote no, they straight and their children straight.

I slight resemble this remark. I have a foreign father and luckily was born before 1973, so I was grand-fathered Bahamian citizenship with everybody else on July 11, 1973.

Things is I was my parents first child. They never had anymore children, but had they my sibling would not have be Bahamian at birth or even have access to citizenship via my mother.

My sibling would have had to apply for citizenship at age 18 all because our Mother was Bahamian and not our Father.

DAS A WIBE!
