A place I call home
The place I call home
Close your eyes and walk along the sand trail
To the beach,
Hold my hand and Follow me
Where you will stand and glance
Facing the sea
Feeling the sun rays kissing your cheek
And the sea breeze clinging onto your face
Like a newborn clings on to his mothers waist
And as it hits you your knees fall weak
Onto your back where you will lay at peace
Reach and clutch beneath the dirt
Feel the sea between your feet
And you connect with the earth
The place I call home
Arise and take strides to the east to the place
Where your soul rest, lay, eat and play
But before that…………
Take a drive, a ride
And as we glide take a look outside
And see nothing but black faces
Mixed in sprinkled with a few white faces
We don’t discriminate but accept all races
Face it…
That’s the place where I call home
Dilapidated structures, buildings in some parts all clustered
And feels like the heats hugging you,
The place I call home…
