if he goes with richardson, he is as good as measuring curtains for the west wing :cutie: ... he'd get california, florida and texas in a landslide.

I had forgotten Richardson is a Latino. Maybe he may work out.

I so hope Obama wins. Hillary is the past!

You know why Hillary and Bill are mad? They thought that the establishment, would have come out and praised her for beating down on Obama. In fact, it has come down on her and her half a husband.

If Barak gets the nod I think he will go with Gov.Bill Richards (D,NM) ,Governor Rod R. Blagojevich (D,IL), or Senator Evan Bayh (D,IN).
He might pick a woman, but I won't mention her name on the forums....

I think you are wrong here, I cannot fathom a scenario where either Clinton or Obama win in Florida, not with a moderate governor and a moderate republican candidate. You ahve to win Florida to win the presidency, so I dont see the democrats winning the white house.

I repectfully disagree.

If you can sew up California AND Ohio, and not loose any of the traditional Dem states, he could win it.

Besides, Illinois (if Barack is the nominee) is in play for the Democrats. So is Indiana.

Those guys are duds if you ask me. His best bet is Edwards or Kerry- for star power.
I am surprised Fox news has not mistakenly spelt "Obama" as "Osama"....hehehehehehehehehehehe
Honest mistake!
:)

I actually campaigned for Edwards in the primaries in 2004....

Kerry... Stop ya nonsesnce right NAH!!!! LOL!

Edwards is a decent choice, but I don't think he has the stomach to be second on the ticket again.

Governor Richardson is a good dude and can bring in that HUGE Latino vote that Bush courted in 2004.

Governor Kathleen Sebelius of Kansas is a good choice. She is easier on the eyes than Hillary and can bring over the soccer moms. Barack stumbled with the white women cote in the Iowa causus. Sibelius helps him there. She won Kanas,a GOP state, by a comfortable majority. She is not running for Gov of Kansas again.

She did a good job last night during the Democratic Reponse to the State of the Union last night (no accident she got that gig this year-wink, point, nod).

It also helps that her Dad is the former Governor of Ohio and has more pull in the electorate machine in that swing state than ANY Clinton.

Do you see how Hillary has apparently gotten into Edwards to stick into the race?

Edwards is pulling away votes from Obama. He has no chance in hell to win. But, the minute I saw he and Hillary, gang up on Obama, I knew he was only in this race to make Obama stumble.

Hillary is garbage. I hope she crashes and burns.

LOL!

The Clintons probably promised him # 2 on the ticket if he stays in it.

Bush was a crack head and Bill was a pothead. Bill could not keep his pants on. Hillary, is a menopausal psychopath, who cries when she loses.
I don't know why you hate Obama. But, if it's drugs, you would have to hate Bush too.
The issue is Obama and not Bush or Clinton. Obama!
What Bill Clinton did is irrelevant. Hillary Clinton is the candidate. What Bush did prior to being vetted by the American electorate and then appointed and elected to office for a second time is irrelevant!
OBama is the issue! Whether the American people will elect a person who is inexperience in international Affairs, national security, lacking in gravitas and the political base so critical and necessaryfor governance and who carrys trememdous anti social baggage and behviour as in Obamas admitted pot and cocaine usage to the Office of President? :hammer:I would not even mention his mysterious association with "mafiaso like" characters as currently incarcerated slum Landlond Rezko in Chicago.

:hammer:Anyhow, I have more to say on this issue .. when I have time..
