no we are not beyond crisis. if this govt was to do their job and make sure the courts are fixed, witnesses are protected, trials are speedy, make the bail laws tougher, judges get what they need, and the laws on the books pertaining to capital punishment is carried out then we would not have this serious crime problem like it is now. thats all!:hammer::hammer::hammer:

HI and the FNM do not think so.. Instead HI thinks that this high murder rate is good for the country because it will leave us with less wicked people to committ crimes.....they will cancel out each other atleast that's what HI thinks!!!

Everything that they promised to do prior to becoming the govt they knew all of this but they seem to have forgotten what needs to be done!!!!

I TOTALLY AGREE WITH YOUR POINT, A FEW YEARS AGO A MEMBER OF PARLIAMENT FROM THE BAHAMAS I DONT WANT MENTION THE NAME, CAME TO THE TURKS AND CAICOS ISLANDS AND IN A SPEECH THEY MENTION THAT THE BAHAMAS WAS ONCE LIKE THE TURK AND CAICOS ISLANDS.. NOW AS DAYS GO BAD CRIME IS TAKING OVER..THE POLICE ARE DOING THEIR PARTS, THE JUDGES HAVE LIMITATIONS IN THEIR DECISIONS.. IF THE PUNISHMENT FOR BEING ON POSSESSION OF AN ILLEGAL FIREARM IS 6 MONTHS, THEN A SEASON CRIMINAL WONT MIND.. A FEW YEARS AGO BEFORE THE LAW CHANGE I GUY TOLD ME THAT HE WILL SLAP ME AND GO PAY $20 FOR ME.. THAT HOW MUCH IT WAS WHEN YOU ASSAULT A POLICE OFFICER..
