Residential House washing

Washing your house becomes necessary when you have dirt, fungus, molds and mildew, rust stains, spider webs, and other insects and insect nests on it.
This makes the house dirty and unattractive. You may think that it needs to paint when all it really needs is a good cleaning. You may have seen webs on eaves and overhangs, or green to black spots on walls and fascia. There could even be a grey look to areas of walls and trim. Every home needs to be washed!
Here in the Bahamas the majority of our homes and buildings are built using a form of construction material called Masonry. Masonry is more than just a construction material. It affects the way we live, starting at the hospital where a child is born and ending at the gravestone that marks the burial of the deceased. The term masonry encompasses almost all building materials formed with various natural or artificial mineral products- stones, bricks, cinder blocks, stucco, dryvit and tiles. Often, mortar or cement is used as the bonding agent on the structure. Professional power washers and chemical distributors are well equipped with both the knowledge and expertise in cleaning the structural material that builds the Bahamas –and the world.
While it may appear smooth and impenetrable, the surface of a granite corporate office or a cement parking deck is deceptive. The nature of masonry composition is a tricky one- it contains minute cracks and crannies. It is here that the dirt builds up from pollution like car exhaust, oil, grease, and smoke giving the structure an overall dirty appearance. Pollution dirties not only the outer surface of buildings, but the inside as well. Cigar and cigarette smoke along with internal heating systems can leave their signature on the columns, walls and floors of marble foyers and cupolas.
Masonry can be cleaned using the right detergents and high power water jetting. Rehoboth Services Inc. uses a three process in order to rid your home of 99% of these harmful fungi and other bacteria, leaving your investment safe and contaminant free for your children and loved ones.

Step 1:
Pre-wash and soak the surfaces to be cleaned. (Using water and appropriate detergent)
