Paulette and Debbie were both news anchors/reporters for ZNS at the same time, when ZNS staff used "standard English" or at least the Bahamian equivalent. They were therefore both encouraged to speak in the same way.

At the FNM's thankyou rally, HI said, "If they (PLP) push me enough, I will go back to the people and get a bigger majority". That statement led the PLP to keep pushing HI and the main way to do that was through these election cases where they were hoping they would have won the first case and that would have been enough to force HI to call an election.....This statement also led to the 18 mths that one would hear being thrown around.....

Then just days ago at another rally, HI made another statement.....He said, "We are the govt. until 2012 unless we decide to wipe them (PLP) out before that".....

These statements are the reason for the PLP staying in election mood.......So are you'll saying that the PLP should pay no mind to what HI says??????
