We were at a Government office today and while we were waiting a flower delivery guy came with a massive bouquet of roses. Pink and Red roses mixed together and chocolates.
The delivery guy couldn't make out the name of the individual who was to receive the lovely valentine Roses. only the last name was clear. He then asked the secretary inside the booth to help him read the first name, and she couldn't make sense of the name either, so while we were watching all this the lady inside the booth said, there are 3 ladies here with last name at this office.
* With this going on, it was more important than the people waiting at the time for their appointment, to find out who the lady was to get these flowers *
So the lady in the booth disappears and returns with 2 ladies, who I am assuming are the 2 with the same last name, and we hear the other lady with the same name is on her lunch break. The delivery guy is holding the flowers and say's he's going to call the flower shop, but doesn't have his phone on him ?????? He uses the office phone and calls and with all this going on, we're all sitting there wondering who the lucky lady is...............well I am, my other half was pissed that it was taking so long for our appointment.

So the delivery guy is telling the flower place that they need to " do better than this " so the 2 ladies waiting weren't even the ones getting flowers, it was another lady on the 2nd floor the flower place misspelled the LAST NAME..........The 2 ladies were saying something, they looked pissed. I was glad that the 3rd lady was on her lunch break.

So yeah, the lady out there, nice flowers you got today at the office :)
That was TRULY a CLASSIC, I will be making sure my other half gets a reliable Flower Shop that can WRITE, where others can READ their writing on cards (hehe++
by the way:
HAPPY VALENTINES TO EVERYONE HERE ON BAHAMAS ISSUES AND THOSE ABROAD WHO READ BAHAMAS ISSUES ONLINE :cutie:

you may not be to familiar with valentine practices here but, what happened yesterday was a "GHOST MOVE!!" it is when the 'sweetheart" runs into the florist shop and say I have $200, fix up one arrangement for me and send it to such and such a place and write the name for me. some even do this over the phone and just drop the money later.

if this was an arrangement sent by the husband or the main squeeze, "HE" would've written the card himself. the deliverer would not have to call back and blame the store for their bad writing.

oh a whole heap of that will be going on today.

NO FLOWERS!! NO NOOKIE..confucious(?)

Oh my gosh, hilarious story but now you've got me nervous. I hope that doesn't happen to me today. My girlfriend's flowers are on their way to her.
But then again its from Proflowers and I've used them before so I know they're professional. I'll still have my fingers crossed until I know for sure she has them in her hand though. thanks a lot . lol.
