Allyuh read what Lynden Nairn was quited as saying in one of the dailys about the AG being liable when persons on bail commit new violent crimes? Very interesting especially since Bannister is saying the Court is to blame, but Ingraham blamed Christie according, to Nairn. How are the two positions squared, ie, Bannister's and Ingraham's?
