Thanks Tmax:

Your observations are correct. The silence of the named parties is VERY revealing. Also, the silence of the pastors who hosted her prior to 2002 is also very revealing.

Your words of encouragement, like those from countless others, help me to continue to press on....my stance is not popular but it is right and righteous.

You and the others remind me...I am not alone!

Thanks again.

I am very appreciative of the stand taken by Apostle Moss and the great care he has taken to be scriptural on the whole issue.
Evil only succeeds when good men do nothing.
I believe the church is called on to confront wrong Jesus had no problem confronting the Scribes and Pharisees who were the religious hierarchy of his day. Reigious people always trot out the scripture about "Touch not my anointed ones etc etc" as if they can never do wrong, and if they do, better be careful how you handle their wrongdoing. Is there a different standard for them?
Is no one supposed to defend the flock who are being pillaged, is no one to have any zeal for the house of God--which is after all the people-the spiritual house? Must we let the lambs go to the slaughter?
I think not?
Those involved are whipping the people up to a fever pitch leading up to this "revival" But where is the repentance? The whole thing is taking on a circus like atmosphere--where is the Holy Spirit in all this? Will someone please tell me?

Greetings my brothers and sisters in Christ...

I am not a "senior apostle" or member of your council. However, I was browsing the web and came accross your site and read Bro. Moss' very elaborate "Press Release" and simply desired to post a comment.

I am one of the many people who have been touched deeply by God via Dr. Jaunita Bynum's ministry. Reading the information posted here has saddened me deeply, for my highest concern is that there are many, many people who are spiritually inspired by Dr. Bynum's ministry. The information that you seem to be pushing into the public eye could potentially contaminate spiritual seeds that God has planted via this ministry.

I am immediately reminded of the words of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ...

MATHEW 6
1 Take heed that ye do not your alms before men, to be seen of them: otherwise ye have no reward of your Father which is in heaven. 2 Therefore when thou doest thine alms, do not sound a trumpet before thee, as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and in the streets, that they may have glory of men. Verily I say unto you, They have their reward. 3 But when thou doest alms, let not thy left hand know what thy right hand doeth: 4 That thine alms may be in secret: and thy Father which seeth in secret himself shall reward thee openly. 5 And when thou prayest, thou shalt not be as the hypocrites are: for they love to pray standing in the synagogues and in the corners of the streets, that they may be seen of men. Verily I say unto you, They have their reward. 6 But thou, when thou prayest, enter into thy closet, and when thou hast shut thy door, pray to thy Father which is in secret; and thy Father which seeth in secret shall reward thee openly.

A mighty trumpet has definately been sounded here. The order in which this information is being disclosed resembles a headliner on a local news stand in the streets and not that of loving brothers and sisters in Christ Jesus. Hopefully, the glory and recognition of men that is being saught here has been recieved.,.

I must leave you all with the following verses:

ROMANS 12
19 Dearly beloved, avenge not yourselves, but rather give place unto wrath; for it is written, Vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith the Lord.

ROMANS 14
10 But why dost thou judge thy brother? or why dost thou set at nought thy brother? for we shall all stand before the judgment seat of Christ. 11 For it is written, As I live, saith the Lord, every knee shall bow to me, and every tongue shall confess to God. 12 So then every one of us shall give account of himself to God. 13 Let us not therefore judge one another any more: but judge this rather, that no man put a stumblingblock or an occasion to fall in his brother's way. 14 I know, and am persuaded by the Lord Jesus, that there is nothing unclean of itself: but to him that esteemeth any thing to be unclean, to him it is unclean. 15 But if thy brother be grieved with thy meat, now walkest thou not charitably. Destroy not him with thy meat, for whom Christ died. 16 Let not then your good be evil spoken of: 17 For the kingdom of God is not meat and drink; but righteousness, and peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost. 18 For he that in these things serveth Christ is acceptable to God, and approved of men. 19 Let us therefore follow after the things which make for PEACE, and things wherewith one may edify another.

I will definately be in my "secret closet" praying that God's perfect will be done in light of this issue...

I love you all, God bless you and thank you for your time...

Good morning again,

I don't mean to overwhelm your forum with posts, but I have just one more comment..if you please?

Saints, God is very real and alive. I believe he sees and knows all, and most importantly knows the contents of each of our hearts. Our God is also very just and I sincerely don't believe he will allow any of us to be "slaughtered" by earnestly and honestly giving from a pure heart.

As spoken by our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ:

LUKE 6
35 But love ye your enemies, and do good, and lend, hoping for nothing again; and your reward shall be great, and ye shall be the children of the Highest: for he is kind unto the unthankful and to the evil. 36 Be ye therefore merciful, as your Father also is merciful. 37 Judge not, and ye shall not be judged: condemn not, and ye shall not be condemned: forgive, and ye shall be forgiven: 38 Give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom. For with the same measure that ye mete withal it shall be measured to you again.

PSALMS 44
20 If we have forgotten the name of our God, or stretched out our hands to a strange god; 21 Shall not God search this out? for he knoweth the secrets of the heart.

God bless.

You are light of the world.

You are that city that Christ has set upon a high hill and you will never be hidden. Never shall you hide under a bushel for Christ has placed you firm upon a candlestick to give light to all who enters into His house. Let your light so shine before men that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.

Ephesians 5:8-14
For you were once darkness, but now you are light in the Lord. Walk as children of light-- 9 for the fruit of the light results in all goodness, righteousness, and truth-- 10 discerning what is pleasing to the Lord. 11 Don't participate in the fruitless works of darkness, but instead, expose them. 12 For it is shameful even to mention what is done by them in secret. 13 Everything exposed by the light is made clear, 14 for what makes everything clear is light. Therefore it is said: Get up, sleeper, and rise up from the dead, and Christ will shine on you.

Let your light shine Pastor.

My Brother,

Jesus Christ is alive, here with us, and definately reigning as the ultimate light (perfect example) for the world in which we live. (John 9:5 - As long as I am in the world, I am the light of the world. ) However, I do agree that those who are persecuted for Christ's sake, are a great inspiration (light) to many of us - as spoken of in Mathew 5.

MATHEW 5
10 Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness' sake: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. 11 Blessed are ye, when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and shall say ALL MANNER OF EVIL AGAINST YOU FALSELY, for my sake. 12 Rejoice, and be exceeding glad: for great is your reward IN HEAVEN: for so persecuted they the prophets which were before you. 13 Ye are the salt of the earth: but if the salt have lost his savour, wherewith shall it be salted? it is thenceforth good for nothing, but to be CAST OUT, and to be TRODDEN under foot of men. 14 YE are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid.

With that said, being that Jesus was the son of the living GOD who walked the earth in the flesh as a PERFECT example for us all (while withstanding the strongest attacks of evil existing), it honors me to be able to go directly to the text which displays how HE handled some of the tough situations in which we face presently.... Clearly in the 27th chapter of Mathew, some were perplexed by Jesus' response to the horrid ACCUSATIONS he was charged with...

MATHEW 27
12 And when he was accused of the chief priests and elders, he answered NOTHING. 13 Then said Pilate unto him, Hearest thou not how many things they witness against thee? 14 And he answered him to NEVER A WORD; insomuch that the governor marvelled greatly.

This is such a comfort to know that no weapon formed against the righteous shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17) and that these battles are not our's to fight but our almighty God!(2 Chronicles 20:15)

2 CORINTHIANS 10
3 For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh: 4 (For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;)

God's blessings and peace be with you...

Jesus said in Matthew 5:14
“You are the light of the world.”

Jesus never used any word out of context.
Light is the brightest element in existence.
It moves the fastest, it exposes true colors.
Light pursues darkness and always catches it.
Darkness cannot dwell in it's presence.
God called it to remove darkness.
Without light we would all be blind.
We can live without darkness but we need light.
Lastly: All light has it's source.

2 Timothy 4: 1 - 4
1 I charge you therefore before God and the Lord Jesus Christ, who will judge the living and the dead at His appearing and His kingdom: 2 Preach the word! Be ready in season and out of season. Convince, rebuke, exhort, with all longsuffering and teaching. 3 For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine, but according to their own desires, because they have itching ears, they will heap up for themselves teachers; 4 and they will turn their ears away from the truth, and be turned aside to fables. 5 But you be watchful in all things, endure afflictions, do the work of an evangelist, fulfill your ministry.

All i want to know is how much is she being paid and why do we have the Silence of the Bishops. Their silence is deafning and at the same time speaks volumes. Please Bishops deny the claim or clarify it. I think the issue is being confused by some people as to division in the church. But is it not divided without Apostile Moss' message? In reading his statment he gave them opportunitutes to respond privately but they ignored him and now they expose themselves openly. I tell you i am following this issue and i am waiting for their response.

Too bad that many belive that Apostile Moss is dividing the church. Perhaps the Catholic Priests years of abuse on children which was in the news went on for so long because they did not want to divide the church. What Hypocracy! Expose all because there are many outside the church who know alot about financial abuse in the church. This event is not a R&B Concert it is a meeting of God's people and if there are persons who are affended it is the duty of the Bishops to respond and answer the questions raised.

My brothers, I suppose that it is okay in your eyes to currupt the solid teachings of the word of God that has been delivered to thousands (maybe millions) for the sake of a mere few thousand dollars and a few tee-shirts... This is truly sad. I can't understand why people are more concerned with petty dollar amounts than the potential affect of this information on the body of Christ as a whole...

If, in fact, monies are being given by members of individual congregations and are being misused - God will handle it, and there will be no question about what is truth and what is accusation. According to 2 Corninthians 9, God loves cheerful givers and our rewards come not from Prophetess Bynum, Bro. Moss, or anyone else... Our rewards come from our heavenly father according to the contents of our hearts for HE sees/knows all.

2 Corinthians 9
6 But this I say, He which soweth sparingly shall reap also sparingly; and he which soweth bountifully shall reap also bountifully. 7 Every man according as he purposeth in his heart, so let him give; not grudgingly, or of necessity: for God loveth a cheerful giver. 8 And God is able to make all grace abound toward you; that ye, always having all sufficiency in all things, may abound to every good work:

In my opinion, this issue in comparison with the MANY years of molestation in the catholic church = no comparison... Honestly, what are we discussing here? A memo based on hearsay from a "credible source" that was sent to an extremly busy, world-wide ministry that promotes the gospel of Jesus Christ. Less than thirty business days later, this very elaborate press release is right in front of the public eye to determine truth versus hearsay... :( This is truly sad.

I do have one question, once you have found out the details in which you seek, what next?

May spiritual peace and blessings shower you,

For all those concerned,

Spend a few minutes and Net research (or ask around) what ever happened to the relationship between Dr. Bynum and T.D. Jakes (who introduced her to the world with his Woman Thou Art Loose Conferences). I think your findings will be quite comparable to what the Bahamas is afraid of.

I'm sorry for writing this and hope God doesn't hold it against me.

Brothers and Sisters,

in light of the message I just posted please be aware that I appreciate Dr. Bynum's ministry - she has truly touched the lives of others (including mine), but at some point in our quest to bless others with the Word of God many of us lose sight of the true reason why we are here (me being guilty at times as well).

The concerns being raised are not only highlighting Dr. Bynum but many other Ministers of God who take so much money out of the Bahamas. Yes, we love hearing a good word, but please don't let it look like it's only for the money.

For once, can we please have an evangelist who annouces that he/she will come to the Bahamas for free, minister for free, and leave free (with freely given love gifts)? Our nation is at a point where we need renewed confidence in our visiting preachers (and no fault of Pastor Moss).

Our good brother from Texas, please understand that we are not attacking the woman of God or fighting against ourselves as Children of God.

God bless us all.:)

I don't claim to be articulate in bible verses, but in my opinion, it seems as though this situation could have been handled in a differant manner. What concerns me is the image non christians would see this and feel they are right about us non being on one accord. Maybe there is some thing strange going on about the upcoming revival, but let think about the blessing Dr binum has been to those of us who are struggling with some issues, it taints the image of a woman of god. but then too every one has to go to god for them selves. maybe i dont get the full sense of whats going on but i stand to be corrected.

Matthew 13:26
“But when the wheat sprang up and bore grain, then the tares became evident also.”

The wheat spoken of here are young believers who being in possession of strong spiritual discernment by the Holy Spirit will expose the tares for who they are.Why has God chosen the young people for this task?

Psalms 8: 2
Out of the mouth of babes and nursing infants You have ordained strength, Because of Your enemies, That You may silence the enemy and the avenger.

1 Corinthians 1:27
But God has chosen the foolish things of the world to put to shame the wise, and God has chosen the weak things of the world to put to shame the things which are mighty;

1 Timothy 4:12
Let no one look down on your youthfulness, but rather in speech, conduct, love, faith purity, show yourself an example of those who believe.

All said.....
