What I find so very interesting though, is how you were so quick to post a "friendly reminder" to Druggy regarding the forum rules. Do his views scare you?

Nothing in this world scares me, only whats above it and to fear Him brings wisdom.

Druggy's post was not obscene or offensive to me but I am sure that it was to others. He could have never said those words in that manner on Darold Millers' Immediate Responce or any other talk show in the Bahamas without being removed from the air. Before he went too far with his language I gave him a reminder that this forum is a professional one and only civilized persons are allowed to discuss issues here.

However, because of the freedom that this forum brings I allowed the reply to stay because I believe that different persons express themselves in different ways. But we all must do this in a professional manner or we lose the integrity of this site.

This forum cannot be compared to a radio station talk show. Advertisers have a vested interest in the content of the radio show, as do the investors who back these media houses. Because of this the stations must take a very conservative view and are not willing to stray very far from the median. It truly is a shame, but that is how the system works. That is the sole reason why his (Druggy's) message would not be allowed on the radio.

Hopefully this forum, and others like it will be able to open up a new network of news and opinion dissemination in the Bahamas. Not everyone is a bible toting churchgoer, and these views should be able to be expressed the same as the more mainstream ones.:taped2:

What a difference 5 days makes. The Bishops said that Moss was demonic and telling lies but Bishop Ellis gets up and brags that he paid the woman $30,000! All this when the very people he leads needs the money more than her? Did he do it because when he speaks at her 'revival' event we wants to be paid also?

It is good to see people in the Bahamas that are not blinded by all the hoopla and the hype. How many times are we going to be used as ponds in these so called people of God 's chess games for personal ganes. I am glad to see there are people who can see beyond the natural. I thought the WORD OF GOD is free and if you are a true prophet of the living God you would go anywhere ask of you to preach the Word without being paid. All the true prophets of God did it. If it was truly prophesize that revival was surposed to begin here. I am sure that God's prophets was do it without a price tag, because I am sure Salvation is still free. I would like to know what the money, that was raised, will be used for. I will also like to know who will be in control of this money. I hope they realize that for a true revival to happen, there must be a great destuction then the revival.

Wow,, I always suspected that large sums of money are involved in these so-called religious events... thank you for bringing to light some of these going ons... Come on Bahamian people and see the light and stop letting certain people in society drain your pockets for their own personal gains... geehhhh
