View Full Version : New Urban Renewal platform!
Alien 02-24-08, - 04:29 PM Ok Kenny Boy Russell...you changed and the FNM changed the name of the Urban Renewal, to something I can't even remember the name of.
So, when can we see the new plaform for the community initiative, filled with the new strategies and idea's, which would work in being better than that of the former?
Where is it? I would like to see it. In fact, I wait for the FNM calvary, to come in with their website, so we can dicsuss the way forward. Maybe I should just go to the FNM website...I did...I just saw the anouncement of it, but no new policy initiative to what will be getting done in the U/R.
Bear in mind, in the last 10 months, crime went UP. I wonder how people must have felt with this, that the community friends they had in the program, some of us made friends for life, for them, to up and leave the constituencies, and for the most part, especially for the senior citizens and the young men, we were the only people they talked to who had an ounce of sense and progressive thinking.
:realmad:
When you change a name, you do it for a reason. They wanted to keep the essence of the program, but changed the name. Well, what else comes with the name change?
Hopefully, it WILL be better....bear in mind, your FNM supporters, wanted it shut down.
:)

I waitin too. From what I have heard so far the FNM UR is like the PLP own with no real Urban Renewal in it.
I say again we can not truly transform this country with out real Urban renewal and Planning. Both of which would help to stop this escalating crime and other social ills this country now face.
(Alien, you see that, I actually criticizing the FNM. Of course our party allows that with out taking you to the wood shed)

So I'm supposed to be pleased that FINALLY, you see how stupid the FNM has been.
No problem. We can vote them out before the next election. Join with me and we can take the house!
RISE UP!

I already told yall, without the police the UR will become another USELESS GOVERNMENT RUN PROGRAMME!!!
They said that the UR under the PLP had no direction. Well where is their plan?? It should come before the relaunching of the programme!!!
