We also need a comprehensive plan for the entire Bahamas, another pipe dream I'm afraid. Alien 02-24-08, - 10:02 PM I agree. I don't know why anyone calls the FNM and PLP the same thing. They are so totally different. Styles and method of supporter delivery! RockWell 02-25-08, - 07:19 PM Not that it can't be done. Styles and method of supporter delivery!Whats so different about them? Aint them both lost & don't have a clue? Alien 02-25-08, - 07:24 PM Whats so different about them? Aint them both lost & don't have a clue? For the umpteenth time....hehehhe...they serve different constituents. Which shapes their attitude to their priorities, steming from pressure from the supporters, to influence who gets served first- when, where, why and how. You see the GBPA get incentives... The Anchor Project's get detailed scrutiny... EPA with hot shot Europeans, get direct attention... Free Port hotel workers, get their pay package.... On the other side...you have CSME....Ministry of Financial Services....Heavy attention to Urban areas under the Urban Renewal and Social Services.... Now, not saying that either one of them, have not served the other constituents at any given point and time. It's just that who gets greased or served first, matters greatly! :) I can never support a political party, that does not at least attempt to put the majority of this country, first. WELLLLLLLLL I guess you aint FNM or PLP either. Alien 02-25-08, - 07:33 PM WELLLLLLLLL I guess you aint FNM or PLP either. I never claimed to be a die-hard anything. I liked more of what the PLP had to offer this last go....I know we can't have it all our way. But, at least lets have it our way, some times! |
