I work in the service industry. Over the years I have grown to love my job. More now than many many years ago. There are loads of bad apples in my workplace. There were times I had to defend them just so they wouldn't lose their jobs. Sometimes I went home sick to my stomach because in saving their jobs, I felt I was making a bad situation worse.

I am SURE not all I have come into contact with were happy with my level of service to them. There are times when there is no more I could do. There have been times when I could have done more but didn't because the complaints became TOO personal and not about the complaint.

We recognise that we have a problem in the service area. You guys have been victims to bad service and have said so.

I have mentioned my TWO bad experiences with Bennigan's. I think you guys believe me. Some other members have mentioned their bad experiences at various eateries. I believe them.

Why?

I know bad service exist. IT IS REAL. IT HAPPENS ALL THE TIME. WE ALL KNOW IT!!

If my mother who does not lie to me tell me about her experience while at say KFC or City Market. Why would I think she would just lie to me because there have been a lot of complaints about those two places? I would believe her, absolutely 100%

I feel compelled to ask. Have you ever seen a case of police brutality that YOU believed.

Without a doubt.A po po is no more honest or crooked than any other human,and the stress on them is more.Anyone that believes different lives in a dream world.
