Incorporation ?

Q: If I want ta start a business stationed in the Bahamas,where would be the best place to incorporate the business, here in the United States, the Bahamas or incorporate in the U.S. and branch out to the Bahamas?

The business will involve tourism activities, and souvenirs sales. We have partners in the U.S. and Nassau. So we would like to know if it would be more advantageous to incorporate jointly in the U.S. and Bahamas or just in the Bahamas for tax reasons or what is our best option to avoid getting taxed heavily in the U.S. when we do receive dividends in the U.S.
