I have custody of my son. My ex- wife. I have been chasing for child support and the arreas for years. Every time I get my ex in court she walks away and I feel like I am the dead beat dad. If that was me I would of been arrested years ago.My ex- has never been arrested or assets frozen. I call child supportand say where she lives and works and they do nothing. Fathers are discrimated. I've been fighting states,courts for years something needs to be done. Dead beat mothers need to pay support.Its is not fair to the child the child is not a credit debt. Mothers need to pay and get a job or Mothers need to stop hiding behind the new husband and be forced to pay. It doesn't matter if a father or mother raise a child the cost of living is the same.Father deserve equal rights to support and guidlines. If we can change the discrimation more fathers will fight for their child.The child support is so low it just about covers the school lunch for a week.I talk to fathers that pay support and they can't belive what she pays and how she shows her lifestyle and the courts allow it.My case on my ex-wife is unbeliveable,no father would ever get away with this.If I can help in any way please let me know I'd be glad to share my story my son is 17 years old so if my story will help a fellow father with support please email me . It is time that the laws in this country be changed, so that there is a balance
it is my view that both fathers and mothers be made to share in the responsibility in bringing up their children.
There is a lot of talk going around about single mothers, a no thought given to the many single fathers out there who have been taken care of their children, with no help from the mother. :raw:
I yet to hear of a case, where a father takes a mother to court to obtain child support, it may seem strange hey due to the bias in the system, that it is the sole responsibility for the father to financially support his kids without any input from the mother........ i know of men who supports their children by giving the mother monies which she sometime uses for herself and sometimes a new boyfriend........also some women who have many children for different men and collect support as a means of stability(baby machine).
i also know of a father who had five kids, when the mother parties all night leaving the kids with him, and didn't give him a penny to help out. had it been the other way he whould have been hauled before the courts and made to pay or go to jail if he didn't.
Since we are in the habit of adopting everything american i think we need to adopt their practice in making deadbeat mothers pay child support.

Dead beat mothers should be held accountable. There is a case in US court now where the man is trying to argue his right to aboslve responsiibility from being a father. I think his argument is that if women have the right to remove responsibility through abortion (without the input of the father) then the father should have the right to back out of his obligations. This will be interesting......

did you hear the one about the mother who tipped out on her husband and the man has to pay child support for 4 children (3 of whom is not his- all by the smae man)...and the judge makes him pay! some people are a mess though...

That's another loophole in the law,against husbands.I heard thru the grapevine that there is a move afoot to try & get rid of that DNA fella, cuz he's messing up a good thing for to many women.

i am not in the habit of calling others names for their opinons, and besides weather this is the 22century Gods word is in charge and he is the final authority on all issues, an am sorry to tell you if you have a problem with GOD's design then you just have a problem. you should seek consel, i never inplied that you should be anyones tool, if we as women have respect for our self then we should wait on God for our mate, and not to choose men who would demean us in that way. rethink the way you address and talk to others, its not a good impression of you!

for real... if women want equal rights, then they should share some of the responsibility .. men getting robbed if ypu ask me ..
