PS. Depends on the Email Client being used, but for Outlook Express types,
View Source, look for; Received: from somename.com [10.10.10.10]
Contact somename.com and send them the email source.
If you cant contact them also check the IP like this, replace 10.10.10.10 with the actual IP in the message source as shown above

See who the ISP is and Send them the Email.
If it doesnt show an ISP you can also do a TRACE from that same page and should come up with some name at the end of the trace that will help to determine who the ISP is. There are ways around this though from the side of the Email sender but rare

I would do what I can to trace it. If I am unable to trace it on my own, I would ask for help from one of "tech-geek" associates. If the message implies that the sender is from a particular forum, group, etc., I would go to the principals and ask them to assist me in tracing it, and dealing with the situation. If all else failed, I'd call myyy daaaddyyy!

Yes you would send them the message source. Whether they do anything with it is another issue.

2. Trace it
3. Give them the hell they give me
4. Ignore anything else

BTW, SpamStopper gets them all the time, he ignores most of them and blocks them from future emails.

First, why are you asking?
Secondly, how did they get your email address?
Lastly, report it to the relevant authorities.
