My Preparation List for Hurricane season.


Because the hurrican season is almost upon us, these are the things I need to do in order to get my property in order.

On my next trip to Miami, I will buy the blue tarp to cover my roof, P.S MAKE SURE BUY THE ROYAL BLUE SO IT WILL MATCH THE NEIGHBOUR'S roof.

I will buy a generater, a steel cage, a big pad lock and chain to tie it down, so it would'en get thief.

I might as well cut down the trees in my yard now, so I don't have to move them after they fell in my front room.

I know they have t.v that go with batteries, so I will find one to hook up to my bootleg dish so I could watch t.v after the storm.

I trying to get full comprehensive insurance on my Jeep from the auction including flood damage, even thought the man who imported my jeep from Miami say the title is certificate of destruction.
P.S ( read the fine print on my policies.)

Because I still trying to repair my house from last year and can't afford hurricane shutters, I will just retouch the paint on my plywood to match my house color because they ger have to do as shutters again this year.

I will going to the beach in the night, because I need sand to fill my sandbags.(Note to self It is illegal to remove sand of the beach)

P.S Tell my son that faulty car what he buy and still paying the bank for, ain make no sense. Seeing that the bank ain working with him to get another car, park it by the Airport in Freeport, tell after the storm.
(note to self, take out anything of importance, the airport does flood)

Try get one trac phone from the states and put plenty minutes on it, cause I can't trust Batelco and satellite phone to expensive.

Buy wholesale grocery from the states, bring in water too.
even with the duty at 100% it still cheaper.
