islandgyal 03-08-08, - 01:59 PM dear sir:
starting no fewer than three different threads to bash the same guy whose style you don't care for is abusive in itself to forum readers.
"we" weren't having much of a discussion as to whether ting-um was divisive .... YOU were :). we got your point, thanks for sharing, so let's move on.
yours etc.
* no need to respond.
Sunnyjohn 03-08-08, - 02:01 PM Islandgyal,
He is proving him/herself to be a one hit wonder or a tired hip-hop record producer who KEEPS RE-MIXING THE SAME BEAT!
*Where da debil is dat Delroy boy?* :D
~*Lovely*~ 03-08-08, - 02:02 PM Ditto. I was quite annoyed by all the new threads about nothing, taking up the space for threads with recent activity. We don't all need to be an audience to a display of your dislike for another forum member... Especially when we don't really care, and the member doesn't bother us in the LEAST.
lyinlo 03-08-08, - 02:02 PM Bahamasign, you stopped coming out here? :jawdroop: Yet you post four threads on Ting-um I think your topic's getting a bit old and trust me Idon't know Ting-Um or anyone else on this site personally. Just letting you know my feelings on the matter:dgi:
Just a passing thought is it merely coincidence that your handle could be abbreviated to BS ?
Alien 03-08-08, - 02:04 PM I think the open squabling is refreshing. I don't know why people get upset with someone online....but.....we sure do!
I used to think about how good it was to lay into an idiot- no, not you Yorick, but, spreading how I saw and felt things to be and letting someone think what they may.
Now, we all know Ting_um is more than his fair share azz part...but...as I said on another post, we can't kill him for it. And, we talk to him, anyways!
That's allot better than some of the other people on this site, who are extremely childish and truly do stop talking to you!
HAHAHHAAHHAHHAA.............

Personally, I prefer unitying Bahamians. See, Bahamians lose themselves in "americanness". I remember when we had 7 by 21 vision - where the world began and ended with Nassau.
I remember when Bahamians went to the Olympics, or was in a movie, or played in the NBA.
Every Bahamian was proud of it - even though we probably never knew the person - we were just glad to see a Bahamian in front and on top of the world. We didn't see man or woman. Black or white. Rich or poor. We saw Bahamian.
So when I make fun of "black" and "Barack" - it tells me who is truly Bahamian. A true Bahamian wouldn't care who the president of the United States was. As long as he, she or it did what was best for the Bahamas. As long as it bettered the Bahamas, we didn't care what happened to americans (and sometimes you can't have one without the other). However, Barack is ensuring to have one without the other. Bad for Bahamas. Good for America. So where is our unity?? Where is our looking out for our common good??
We give that up for "blackness".
We would rather see a black foreigner destroy one of our strongest ministries just to see a black person as president??
That is stupid. Yall forget where your loyalties lie. It lies southeast or the Floridian peninsula and northeast of Haiti.
Come back to your senses and be done with this Barack-crack-smoking destroyer of the Bahamas!!!

Come back to your senses and be done with this Barack-crack-smoking destroyer of the Bahamas!!!Some of that sounds real good, but it's far from the truth, the underlyin fact is that 2 you,Barack is a "foreignor etc etc etc and Billary is your allmighty savin grace, thats all 2 your rhetoric. How come you overlook race-slingin 4 Billary but gladly lambast Barack with racial remarks?

Because you are blinded by Barack's complexion. Hillary hasn't threatened the Bahamas. I'd prefer Romney, McCain, Edwards or even Satan over Barack.
~*Lovely*~ 03-08-08, - 02:51 PM Y'all must have the BI compass needle spinning like mad! There is no telling what direction any thread will take. The thread topic is definitely not an indicator these days. LOL.
Alien 03-08-08, - 02:55 PM HE mussey teif he scholarship money. LOL!
Barack prolly more white dan he!
hehehehehehe....
Ting_um
Erryone can see Barack is an uncle tom. But, he is our uncle tom!

i-omega 03-08-08, - 02:55 PM Because you are blinded by Barack's complexion. Hillary hasn't threatened the Bahamas.if that is 2 be considered as truth then (1)please by any means show my quote direct or implied 2 bolster your point(2)reason 4 us the validity of your "threat"which was asked over and again by 3 posters.

I don't like being wrong as much as the next person, but the more I study Barack and listen to him,I am realising what an empty egg his campaign of "hope and change" is. As much as I like his style and personality,I don't think he deserves to be the next US President.
In this economic climate, the US needs a hands off capitalism, with no increase in taxes of any type of Administration to grow the US Economy. That also goes for the Fed. They need to stop lowering intrest rates and not encourage any type of Governmnet workout for homes being foreclosed upon.
Presently oil is traded in US Dollars,by lowering intrest rates, the Fed is devaluing the Dollar and raising the price of oil.
I hate to say it,but more US Government spending, including the handouts that Bush authorized, are destructive and meaningless.
