Don't know if t has been spent but it is a form of security in the event the investor does not finish the scope of work outlined...the govt will have the funds to complete.

I'd be hard to believe one could walk away from 40mil, and boy do you all in NP have a large project going, hope it doesn't change the culture of your home.

The PM just mentioned this group in the HOA. Apparently this group "AMMANN?" had proposed to do a developement in Nassau a few years back.

The process took sooooooooo long, they packed up, went down to Turks and Caicos and their project is complete!!

So complete and grand, that the PM of Turks and Caicos had his "wedding of the centry" there.

In attendance was Christie, Ingraham and Wilchcombe who was the best man.

At the wedding, the PM just said, the Ammann group told him of their ordeal and asked if they could call on him for another project in the future, IF HE ENTERS FRONTLINE PILITICS AGAIN!!:jawdroop:
