HARRAH"S PULL OUT CAUSED BY ITS $21 BILLION DEBT
Harrah's pulled out not because of what the PM said but because of it's whopping $21 billion debt. Harrah's took on the massive debt load after the world's biggest casino operator was bought last year by Apollo Managment Group and Texac Pacific Group. According to the SEC Harrah's priority will shift to paying down the debt instead of investingin new projects.
