fast food is not fat food. people just need to get off their lazy behinds and work out. if a person can make time for an hr of tele then they can make time for an hour of trendmil time. I will say fast food is definatly not good for your heart, but to say it makes u fat is far fetched. any and everything you eat will make you fat if ur calorie intake is more than your our put plain and simple

Cheapest thing in town? Not really ya know.

A good sized bag of rice is only $4, and if you get your meat from John Chea or one of the other small meat marts, you can put together a good meal every day for a few weeks for very little money. Add tomatoes and lettuce or cans of corn/beets/beans/mixed veg to your "menu" and you are looking at individual meals for less than $2.50. You can drop that to about $2 a meal if you make "fire engine" or fry up some tuna with tomato paste, onions, green pepper and some thyme. Let's not forget the same thing can be done with sliced up hot dogs. (see, ya'll done mek me pull out the ghetto survival cookbook up in here)

If you don't like rice, then you can get a bag of potatoes for a few dollars (baked, mashed, fries, scalloped). Then there is always pasta, which is the cheapest meal ever - less than a dollar for a box and a few dollars more for the sauce. Altogether the combination will last you four or five meals, depending on how much you eat.

It pays to go grocery shopping and to cook every now and then. Definitely cheaper than going out, no matter how you look at it.

when all you got is $1 in change .. then thats all you can barely afford

Sounds like you need a Bahama mama who ga make sure that you fed.

The next time when you're in one of those takeaway restaurants, ask to see the cook and if she's a lil bit cute, ask her if she's got a man. Then tell her how you would love to have them magic hands of hers to do something like that for you at home. Then ask her for her number. Then drop her home a couple of times and make sure to treat her nice - all the time.

Problem solved (and you're guranteed to put on at least 25 pounds by the middle of next year)
